Sanatoga (PA) Grange No. 25, affiliated with the Pennsylvania State Grange, will observe the 135th anniversary of its founding on Oct. 11 with activities at the Grange Hall, 2423 E. High St., Sanatoga. Guest speakers will include Nancy Huber of Lincoln University PA, the state grange master and its legislative director, and Irene Blank, master of the Montco Pomona Grange.

The National Grange of the Order of Patrons of Husbandry, of which the Sanatoga and state granges are a part, is the nation’s oldest national agricultural organization. It has 300,000 members in 37 states, and focuses on economic development, education, family endeavors, and legislation that affects rural residents. The National Grange is headquartered in Washington D.C.
