A proposal to add an 11,000-square-foot gymnasium at the rear of Berean Bible Church, 2675 E. High St., Sanatoga PA, is scheduled to be informally introduced tonight (Oct. 20, 2008) during a public meeting of the Lower Pottsgrove (PA) Township Planning Commission. The planners’ meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. in the township administration building, 2199 Buchert Road.
A note identifying the propsal as an “informal presentation” appears on the planning board’s agenda for tonight’s meeting, which is available for download from the township website. No meeting agenda had been available earlier this morning (at 6:10 a.m.), but that oversight apparently was corrected.
Also on the agenda:
- Further discussion of proposed changes to township zoning and other laws that would regulate land use and development at what is known as the Sanatoga Gateway Interchange, the highways and acreage surrounding the Sanatoga exit of U.S. Route 422.
- A proposal by CVS Pharmacy, 1833 E. High St., Sanatoga, to improve handicapped accessibility to its store with a new sidewalk, a change in the layout of its parking lot, and additional lot markings.
- A re-visit to a proposal by Tri-County Urologic Associates to build a two-story, 2500-square-foot medical office building at 20 Sunnybrook Rd., Sanatoga. This plan previously was covered by ‘The Post;’ read it here.
