'The Post' Adds Two Features

Two new features – covering weekend activities and healthcare news – make their debut this week in The Sanatoga Post.

Beginning Thursday (Oct. 23, 2008) and continuing every Thursday thereafter, ‘The Post’ will publish a summary of entertainment, arts, and family or personal activity news briefs titled “Stuff To Do This Weekend.” Its content will be dedicated to events due to occur in the three-day period (Friday, Saturday or Sunday; and on holiday weekends, Monday) following publication.

Beginning Saturday (Oct. 25, 2008) and continuing every Saturday thereafter, ‘The Post’ will publish a summary of health care news briefs titled “Keep Healthy Next Week.” Its content will be dedicated to health-related activities, talks and events due to occur in the seven-day period following publication.

These two new features join “The Post Week In Review,” a summary of news published in ‘The Post’ during the past seven days, which appears every Sunday. ‘The Post’ also publishes two occasional series, “Free WiFi” (about local public Internet access hot spots) and “More About …” (which offers research lists for readers to explore in depth topics in which they indicate specific interest).

‘The Post’ values community press releases, announcements, tips, comments, information, or even (sigh) corrections if we get something wrong. We are particularly interested in items that directly affect Sanatoga, or involve Sanatogans. Please feel free to e-mail them to Managing Editor Joe Zlomek at
