Freebie No. 2: Skiing and Snowboarding Passes

Rad, dude.

Rad, dude.

LOWER POTTSGROVE PA – Attention, fourth-and-fifth-graders attending Pottsgrove School District elementary schools. Time to hit the slopes.

The Pennsylvania Ski Association announced Monday (Dec. 29, 2008) it would offer free skiing and snowboarding passes at 21 participating ski resorts in the state to all fourth and fifth grade students. They can get their Snowpass booklet from the association website.

Attention, parents of fourth-and-fifth-graders. You know few things in life are free. Same’s true here: you must accompany your children on their free ski day, and that will cost you the price of a lift ticket. But, hey, if you were going anyway, why not save some money?

Oh, and be careful out there.
