SANATOGA PA – A proposal to build new medical offices on Sunnybrook Road for Tri-County Urologic Associates, which currently is located on East High Street, will be considered Monday (Jan. 5, 2009) at 7 p.m. by the Lower Pottsgrove (PA) Township Board of Commissioners during its first of two monthly meetings in the township municipal building, 2199 Buchert Rd.
A meeting agenda announcing that and other items of board business has been available for download since Friday (Jan. 2, 2009) from the township’s website.
The two-story, 25,500-square-foot medical office building planned for almost three acres at 20 Sunnybrook Rd. has already been reviewed and approved by the township Planning Commission late last year. Planners made several recommendations for changes to the facade and layout, but the concept was generally well-received.
Also Monday, township commissioners are scheduled to:
- Receive a letter from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation regarding the Sunnybrook Road bridge;
- Discuss a memo regarding street lighting on East High Street; and
- Consider personnel matters.
The meeting is open to the public.
