Three Named Chamber Ambassadors For Quarter

SANATOGA PA – Two Sanatoga businesswomen are among three people named Thursday (Jan. 8, 2009) by the Pottstown-based TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce as winners of its Ambassador of the Quarter award for December 2008.

Hailed for participation and involvement at chamber events and programs were Hanna Hartman, manager of the Sanatoga branch of National Penn Bank, 1830 E. High St.; Jackie Gofus, a representative of Janney Montgomery Scott in its Sanatoga office, 2108 E. High St.; and Betsy Chapman of Village Productions, a performing arts organization with offices at Pottstown’s Tri-County Performing Arts Center.

The honorees were presented with their awards by Steve MacLauchlan, chamber chairman-elect, during the organization’s Economic Forecast Breakfast at Lakeside Inn, Limerick PA. The Ambassador Program consists of 20 volunteers from long-standing member businesses who work to promote chamber activities and services.
