- Type of service (EMS = emergency medical services, Traffic = police, Fire = firefighters);
- Type of incident (vehicle accident, etc.)
- Location of incident (usually by closest intersection or landmark, and the name of the municipality)
- Date and time of the incident (YYYY-MM-DD) @ (“at”) (HH:MM:SS) in military time format.
