We honor our Nations heroes both in the distant past and the present. For those of us who served and returned, we can but remember those who did not. Duty, Honor, Country …
Remember, they all wanted to come home to the life, the loves, the family, we the living enjoy. It is truly the blood of Patriots that sprouts and grows our Tree of Freedoms and Liberty.
But for the grace of God, and in many cases the actions of the fallen, some of us would also not be here today.
So with the debt of humble gratitude, our fallen are remembered each year on this solemn Memorial Day.
