POTTSTOWN PA – As the Pottsgrove School District Board of School Directors edges closer to two big events – the official start next Monday (Aug. 30, 2010) of the 2010-2011 school year, and ground-breaking for the reconstruction of Ringing Rocks Elementary School – board members will hold their second public meeting of August tonight beginning at 7:30 in the district administration building, 1301 Kauffman Rd., Pottstown PA.

The specific agenda for tonight’s scheduled meeting was unknown as of 6 a.m. today (Tuesday, Aug. 24), because it was not publicly available. The agenda may be posted later today at the district website; if so, it often can be downloaded here.

In anticipation of this week’s start of district-wide sports activities, the board late last month (July 20) approved supplemental positions and corresponding payments for more than 30 coaches and assistants. The list included:
