Lower Pottsgrove School Presented With Its ‘Star’

DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AWARD DELIVERED TO POTTSGROVE – A federal Department of Energy award for energy efficiency at Lower Pottsgrove Elementary School, Buchert Road, Pottstown PA, was presented Tuesday night (Oct. 12, 2010), above, to Pottsgrove School District Superintendent Dr. Bradley Landis, left, and Board of School Directors’ President Michael Neiffer. Lower Pottsgrove is one of only 26 schools across Pennsylvania to have received the award, according to district Facilities Director Michael Katzenmoyer, right, who made the presentation during the board’s meeting at the school.
