POTTSTOWN PA – The top price paid for real estate within Lower Pottsgrove (PA) Township from July 27-Oct. 6, 2010, was $243,000, the Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper reports. The property is located at 1151 Kepler Rd.

Also listed were:

1521 Hilltop Rd., $145,000; and
738 Village Ln. Bldg. 7, $86,500.

This week’s top reported prices were listed Sunday (Jan. 9, 2011) in “The Top 50,” the newspaper’s weekly review of highest prices paid for real estate sold within the city of Philadelphia and townships in its surrounding counties.

During the same period, the top real estate sales price in

Pottstown PA Borough, immediately to the west was $150,000, for 1252 N. Evans St.;
Limerick PA Township, east, $372,945, for 7 Green Meadow Ct.;
New Hanover PA Township, northeast, $349,090, for an unnumbered property on Garnet Drive;
Upper Pottsgrove PA Township, west, $259,900, for 1887 Irene Ct.; and
North Coventry PA Township, south, none listed.

Across all of Montgomery County, the highest-priced property sold during the period went for $1,450,000, at 114 Righters Mill Rd., Lower Merion PA.
