He’s Learning To Cross East High Street With Care

“SAFETY FIRST;” THAT’S HIS MOTTO – A young boy learned Saturday (Aug. 27, 2011) that traffic on East High Street in Sanatoga is not to be trifled with. The man who walked by his side gave him complete instructions about crossing the busy highway at its intersection with North Pleasant View Road. “Look both ways,” he advised, and also suggested the cyclist dismount and walk – rather than ride – his bike across. The boy heeded his mentor, and drivers gave the pair a wide berth.

  1. Cool when i’m think how fast is he.

  2. Joe B. says:

It seems to me that he should be crossing in the pedestrian walkway at the intersection, not two car lengths away as shown. Drivers are not expecting pedestrians in the area shown, especially young children.
