SHOWING THEY CARE – Employees of Diamond Credit Union, headquartered on Medical Drive in Lower Pottsgrove (PA) Township, spent Wednesday (Sept. 14, 2011) as volunteers in the annual United Way Day of Caring, spokeswoman Abby Showalter said. They participated in a “Stuff the Bus” program at the Berks County Intermediate Unit, unloading and sorting area residents’ donations of school supplies for students in need, and then stuffing materials appropriate for students in elementary, middle and high school into backpacks they will take home for free.
