Ready for an Olympic visit
POTTSTOWN PA – Former Olympic gold medalists Josh Davis and Ian Crocker will instruct competitive swimmers during Mutual of Omaha’s BREAKout! Swim Clinic, hosted Sept. 22 (2012; Saturday) from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2-6 p.m. by the Pottstown YMCA Seahawk Swim Team in the pool at the Freedom Valley YMCA, 724 N. Adams St.

Swimmers ages 9 and older may attend either four-hour session. During each, the Olympic stars will concentrate on stroke technique, training tips, and mental preparation. They hope to convince the athletes to break out of bad habits, build new skills, and uncover their hidden talents, YMCA spokesperson Jane Alan said. Participants will receive a T-shirt, poster, DVDs, and other items.
Admission costs $85; advance registration by Sept. 1 is required. For more information or to register, call 610-323-7300.
