
POTTSTOWN PA – “Let Your Voice Be Heard,” a discussion of personal and public advocacy for girls and women age 8 and older, is the latest installment of the YWCA Tri-County Area “Girl Talk” Series, scheduled to be held Sept. 22 (Saturday) from 1:30-3:30 p.m. at the YWCA, 315 King St.

The event is free, but advance registration is required. For more information or to register, call 610-323-1888. Parking will be available in permit spaces in the Evans Street parking lot across from the YWCA.
The series focuses on empowering future leaders through education during 2012, designated as “The Year of the Young Woman.” The advocacy discussion places particular emphasis on the importance of voting in political elections.
