SANATOGA PA – Discussion of “contract issues with the police department” kept the Lower Pottsgrove Township Board of Commissioners occupied Thursday (Sept. 20, 2012) in an executive session between 6:15 and 6:45 p.m., President Jonathan Spadt announced at the start of the board’s 7 p.m. Thursday meeting.
He did not elaborate. Board discussions of some legal and personnel matters are allowed by state law in closed-door meetings, not attended by the public, under certain circumstances.
