St. Aloysius Plans Veterans Day Cemetery Blessing

POTTSTOWN PA – A Veterans Day cemetery blessing will be administered by priests and members of St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church on Nov. 11 (2012; Sunday) at about 1 p.m., following the church’s Noon mass, at the St. Aloysius New Cemetery on Buchert Road in Lower Pottsgrove Township.

The event is free and open to the public.

Scheduled to participate in the blessing are Hamilton Celtic Pipes and Drums, to play “Amazing Grace;” bugler Dick Repko, to play taps; a contingent of local Boy Scouts for a flag ceremony; and members of the Pottsgrove American Legion Post 244 firing squad for a rifle volley.
