SANATOGA PA – Lower Pottsgrove Township resident and Zoning Hearing Board Chairman Kenneth E. Picardi, an attorney and partner in the 1129 E. High St., Pottstown, office of Yergey Daylor Allebach Scheffey Picardi, recently was elected president of the Pottstown Area Health and Wellness Foundation board of directors.

A 26-year veteran of the firm, Picardi has a general practice that includes business, family, municipal, personal injury, real estate, wills, and estate law. He currently represents Perkiomen Township, the Upper Frederick Township Planning Commission, and several business and private clients.

In the community, Picardi also is a board member at the Pottstown branch of the Freedom Valley YMCA.

With net assets of $79 million, the foundation serves the residents of Pottstown borough and other municipalities within a 10-mile radius. It provides opportunities for community residents to enthusiastically embrace a healthier lifestyle, and is dedicated to assuring increased access to health and wellness education and services.
