SANATOGA PA – A notice from the township garbage contractor, a resolution on fees, and a volunteer appointment are on the agenda for the Monday (tonight, Jan. 7, 2013) meeting of the Lower Pottsgrove Board of Commissioners, scheduled for 7 p.m. in the municipal building, 2199 Buchert Rd. The session is free and open to the public.
Commissioners are scheduled to consider:
- A letter recently received from the township trash-hauling contractor, J.P. Mascaro and Sons, regarding a state Department of Environmental Protection mandate;
- Approval of the 2013 schedule of township fees, which had been deferred from its December (2012) meeting; and
- A re-appointment to the Lower Pottsgrove Vacancy Board.
