POTTSTOWN PA – Parents of kindergarten-aged children in the Pottsgrove School District should think now about registering their youngsters to attend school in September, administrators urge.
On its website, the district has asked parents to call the offices of Ringing Rocks or West Pottsgrove elementary schools by Feb. 22 (2013; Friday) to make registration appointments for early March.
Children eligible to attend school during the 2013-2014 academic year should be age 5 before Sept. 1.
Depending on where their children will attend, parents are being asked to call the district at 610-327-2277, and then dial an extension number to reach the appropriate school: 5000 for West Pottsgrove, where registrations will be held March 4 and 5 (Monday and Tuesday); and 3000 for Ringing Rocks, to be held March 4 and 7 (Monday and Thursday).
Registration information packets will subsequently be mailed to them.
