Borough Council OKs Art, Exercise Trail Park Concept

POTTSTOWN PA – A key step in the effort to extend the Schuylkill River Trail out of Riverfront Park and into downtown Pottstown was unanimously approved last week (Feb. 11, 2013) by Borough Council. The project was outlined during an earlier council meeting by Tom Carroll, who is leading the effort in addition to serving as the new chairman of the Pottstown Borough Authority.
