Lower Pottsgrove Plans To Dance Up A Storm Next FridayPOTTSTOWN PA – A 90-minute Zumba fitness party for adults and children of school age and older, led by Stacey Birney and Jackie Harmon as a fund-raiser to benefit the upcoming camping trip of fifth graders at Lower Pottsgrove Elementary School, 1329 Buchert Rd., will be held March 1 (2013; Friday) from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the school’s cafeteria.

Zumba sessions encourage participants to move and exercise to exciting Latin and world music. Several teachers, some of them dressed in costume, will be among those on the dance floor.

Parents of those younger than age 18 must sign a waiver giving permission to participate. Waivers will be available at the door. Admission costs $10 per person; only cash will be accepted. Water and snacks will be able for purchase. Participants are urged to wear comfortable clothing and sneakers, and to bring a towel.
