MAKING FINAL PREPARATIONS FOR THE BIE HOME SHOW – Mark Elliott, above, positioned a tabletop sign at the booth of Whitegate Contracting of Douglassville, and David Schumaker, below at left, selected customer materials for the display of Schumaker Construction of Gilbertsville, as both joined other vendors Thursday night (Feb. 28, 2013) in putting finishing touches on the annual Home Show of the Building Industries Exchange of Pottstown and Vicinity Inc. The show runs tonight (Friday, March 1) from 5-9 p.m., Saturday (March 2) from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday (March 3) from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Sunnybrook Ballroom, 50 Sunnybrook Rd., Sanatoga. Exchange members say they are excited about the opportunity the show presents to local residents to conveniently and locally learn about what’s new for their homes and yards. A full schedule of hour-long special seminars (at bottom) is planned each day. Tickets cost $5 per person at the door, but with a coupon available for download from the exchange website, here, two adults will be admitted for the price of one.
