SANATOGA PA – The Lower Pottsgrove Board of Commissioners’ first meeting of March, regularly scheduled for tonight (Monday, March 4, 2013), will go on as usual, but at an irregular time: 6 p.m., rather than 7.
The hour-earlier start is due to two presentations. First, the board will commend members of the Pottsgrove High School Marching Band and Cross-Country team for their recent championship seasons. Then board members will hear a review by Homsher Hill LLC regarding proposed modifications to its Spring Valley Farm housing development. It was approved several years ago for construction on North Pleasant View Road near Sanatoga Road, but construction has not yet begun.
- Several other items also are on the board agenda, which is available for download here.
