POTTSTOWN PA – A new builder and developer have stepped in to complete the Coddington View town homes community off Farmington Avenue, within the Pottsgrove School District, about four years after the original developer collapsed into bankruptcy, according to The (Pottstown PA) Mercury.
Jason Duckworth, president of Narberth PA-based Arcadia Land Co., told the newspaper his firm will work with Ryan Homes to build the project’s last 72 units. It was April 2009 when THP Properties, which had begun Coddington View, succumbed to the pressure of a real estate bubble and a failing national economy, and filed for protection from its creditors.
