POTTSTOWN PA – It’s snowing, again, but worse yet, a thin film of slick ice underlies streets and sidewalks on Friday morning (Jan. 10, 2014). Here’s what The Post is seeing through the lenses of others:
“Snowy start for a Friday (in) Berks County at Niantic Road and Route 100,” Tweeted traveler Joe Casey
“Looking at my north forty, hope this is the last snow I see for a long while,” writes the manager of the Boyertown Farmer’s Market
“It’s not such a wonderful winter,” SEPTA claims on its Facebook page
“The snow has returned making for a beautiful Friday morning at Hill!,” from The Hill School, Pottstown, Facebook page
“The National Weather Service has issued a freezing rain advisory thru 1 p.m. today, when it is expected to change over to all rain,” from The (Pottstown PA) Mercury Facebook page.
“Fan pic, coming into Reading from Exter; it’s kicking very slow,” from the 422 Sucks Facebook page
On its Facebook page, Allentown television station WFMZ says “Some light snow at times (possibly mixing with freezing rain) early today. Otherwise look for highs to reach into the mid-30s.” Possibly? In Sanatoga, surely!
