SANATOGA PA – Stacey Hebert, a Pottsgrove are native, has been named as director of business development for the Sunnybrook Foundation and Sunnybrook Ballroom, 50 Sunnybrook Rd., the non-profit organization has announced.
Hebert has worked as a restaurant and hospitality industry professional for almost 20 years, primarily in the Pottstown area. She brings experience in Cajun and Creole flair from work in Southern Louisiana. After serving as general manager for eight years at a local brew pub, Hebert and her husband opened a local family restaurant with a pub, tavern and banquet facility.
Hebert “brings to Sunnybrook her passion for the overall dining experience. She is ready to assist businesses and event managers in planning and utilizing the resources” of the historic ballroom and restaurant,” the foundation board said in its statement.
The foundation was founded to preserve the ballroom and restaurant, located on 18 acres in Pottstown and Lower Pottsgrove Township. It offers 14,000 square feet of floor space that can be configured for employee events, trade shows, dances, concerts, banquets, weddings and other events. Its outside pavilion is also available in season. A full service restaurant is equipped to accommodate parties of up to several hundred people.
