Police Said 'Don't Come Back;' He Did, Was ArrestedSANATOGA PA – A 24-year-old Philadelphia man who allegedly returned to where he was unwanted has been arrested by Lower Pottsgrove police on trespassing and drug-related charges.

Ofcs. James McCue and Ryan Smith were patrolling through the Rolling Hills apartment complex, Buchert Road, on Feb. 9 (2014; Sunday) when they said they spotted Tyriq Coleman. Coleman has been banned from the premises by Rolling Hills’ management and, the officers claimed, was warned by police two days earlier to stay away. He was subsequently arrested for defiant trespassing.

After he was taken into custody, police allege they found “13 bundles of heroin and five baggies of crack cocaine” inside the vehicle Coleman occupied. They added drug charges to his list of offenses.

Coleman was arraigned in the Sanatoga courtroom of Magisterial District Justice Edward Kropp Sr. and housed at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in Eagleville PA in lieu of $75,000 cash bail.
