County Caravan’s Coming Stop To Be Lower Pottsgrove

County Caravan's Coming Stop To Be Lower PottsgroveSANATOGA PA – Bad weather may have been an impedance, yet it won’t stop the trio of Montgomery County Commissioners from making its way to Lower Pottsgrove for a town meeting they promised earlier this month.

Commissioners Josh Shapiro, Leslie S. Richards, and Bruce L. Castor Jr. had to cancel their planned Feb. 6 session in Sanatoga, the first of several “Conversations With The Commissioners,” because of snow and ice. Now they’ve rescheduled, according to township Manager Ed Wagner, for March 5 (2014; Wednesday) from 7-8:30 p.m. in the municipal building, 2199 Buchert Rd.

The meeting is open to the public. The county commissioners envision it as a way to meet and greet area residents, answer their questions, and generally offer their impressions of where the county has been and where it’s headed. No reservations are needed.
