Alleged Forged Prescription Arrest Made At CVS StoreSANATOGA PA – A 22-year-old Pottstown woman, Marisa Hopely, was charged Friday (April 18, 2014) by Lower Pottsgrove police on three counts related to an allegedly fraudulent prescription.

She was taken into custody at about 1:36 p.m. on charges of forgery, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after police received a call from the CVS Pharmacy, 1833 E. High St., claiming Hopely was attempting to pass a forged prescription, Ofc. James McCue reported.

Hopely was alleged to have resisted arrest at the time.
