SANATOGA PA – Dinner probably was served on time Wednesday (June 10, 2015) to members of the Lower Pottsgrove Planning Commission, who often sacrifice their meals for monthly gatherings at 6:30 p.m. The commission canceled its scheduled meeting due to a lack of agenda business, and is next set to meet July 20 (Monday) in the township municipal building, 2199 Buchert Rd.
Wednesday’s meeting was expected to include a final review of plans for the Spring Valley Farms housing community, proposed to be built on vacant land lining the west side of North Pleasant View Road south of Bleim Road. The developer earlier announced he would be unable to attend.
Bursich Associates, the township engineering firm, reported its staff discussed recent plan revisions with the developer’s design engineer last Friday (June 5), and did not anticipate receiving further revised plans for another two weeks.
