Police Charge Three With Drug Offenses

SANATOGA PA – Three Pottstown men were arrested early Tuesday morning (July 14, 2015) on drug-related charges while allegedly trespassing in the parking lot of the Fresenius Medical Care dialysis center at 2223 E. High St., Lower Pottsgrove police reported.

Ofc. Christopher DiPiano said he was on routine patrol at 2:05 a.m. when he spotted the men in the lot. Upon investigation, the officer alleged he found “they were in possession of alcohol while under 21 years of age and narcotics,” according to a police department press release.

Arrested and charged with possession of narcotics with intent to deliver, and related drug offenses, were Adam Fragale, 21, of the 800 block of E. High St.; David Brothers II, 18, of the 400 block of Spruce St.; and John Hannings, 19, whose address was not provided.

All were transported to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in Eagleville PA, the release stated.
