Planners Expect Spring Valley Farms Review

SANATOGA PA – A twice-delayed review of revised plans for the Spring Valley Farms housing community, proposed to be built on vacant land at the south side of Bleim Road near its intersection with North Pleasant View Road in Lower Pottsgrove, is scheduled to be discussed Monday night (July 20, 2015) at 6:30 p.m. during the regular monthly meeting of the township Planning Commission.

Township Manager Ed Wagner confirmed the meeting was expected to be held as scheduled. Similar discussions were postponed during May and June at the request of the developer, Brennan Marion of Homsher Hill LLC in Worcester PA.

The planners’ meeting in the conference room of the municipal building, 2199 Buchert Rd., is free to attend and open to the public. A copy of the agenda is not available from the township website, but will be publicly available at the meeting.

For more information, call the township offices at 610-323-0436.
