Sanatoga, Limerick Head To East Greenville Fire

CALLED FOR TWO-ALARMER – Volunteers from the Sanatoga Fire Company (above) and the Limerick Fire Company (below) were among those who responded to a two-alarm fire that began Monday night (Dec. 14, 2015) at the Upper Hanover Township warehouse of wax products manufacturer C. J. Robinson Co., 1705 Pillsbury Rd., and continued for hours. “Flames burned through the top of (the) large warehouse and the roof was in danger of collapsing” at the industrial property northwest of East Greenville, The (Allentown PA) Morning Call newspaper reported. Local companies were alerted early Tuesday morning and asked to supply assistance with site clean-up and a further fire watch as exhausted first-alarm crews caught their breath.
