New Year’s Eve Bingo Returns To Ringing Hill

POTTSTOWN PA – A few traditions seem to get better with age. Some people will trade kisses, hugs, and best wishes on New Year’s Eve. Others will lift their glasses, filled with a beverage of choice, in homage to the bygone year and a welcome to the incoming one. And some people, they hope, will get to shout “Bingo!” and smile, smile, smile.

It’s a New Year’s Eve tradition to hold a series of Bingo games at Lower Pottsgrove’s Ringing Hill Fire Company, and it continues with gusto tonight (Thursday, Dec. 31, 2016) in the firehouse hall at 815 White Pine Ln. The doors will open at 4:30 p.m., and the games get under way at 6:30 p.m. The public is encouraged to attend.

Several special games are planned, and players have a chance to win one or more of three jackpot rounds. Cards can be purchased at the door, and the kitchen will be open for snacks and light fare.

Once you’re done with that excitement, you can drive safely home and enjoy all those other traditions too.
