THE FAST-MOVING CREEK – Rain water from the powerful storm that slashed Wednesday (Feb. 24, 2016) across western Montgomery County, accompanied by a tornado watch and occasional power outages, sped quickly Thursday morning (Feb. 25) south down Sanatoga Creek and past the rear side of the Beulah Land Swim Club, 2675 E. High St., Sanatoga, on its way to empty into the Schuylkill River. Meanwhile, drivers on North Sanatoga Road, which follows the creek’s path, slowed to avoid roadway debris left behind as water rushed earlier across the asphalt.
