LIMERICK PA – All-you-can-eat feast night returns Monday (March 6, 2017) from 4:30-7 p.m. at the Western Montgomery Career and Technology Center, 77 Graterford Rd., as its culinary arts students from Pottsgrove, Spring-Ford Area and Upper Perkiomen schools host their next community buffet of the year.
The buffets are a series of events conducted throughout the academic year to show off students’ skills, and also give them practical training in their future careers.
A broad menu of Mexican-inspired dishes are being served during evening, including home-made tortilla chips with assorted salsas, Mexican rice, refried beans, chorizo-cilantro empanadas, taqueria salad, pork and black bean chili, chipolte-chicken and chorizo quesadillas, Southern California-style beef burritos, and Ensenada fish tacos. Chocolate-peanut butter cupcakes, and tres leches (milk cake) are available for dessert.
Tickets for the buffet cost $13 for adults, $9 for children ages 3-12, and children age 2 and younger are free. Call 610-489-7272 Ext. 106 for reservations. Only a limited number of tickets, if any, will be available at the door, because space is limited and buffet seating sells out quickly.
