Ringing Thanks Its Teachers With Special Lunch

THE WAY TO THEIR HEARTS? YOU MAY HAVE GUESSED – How do you tell teachers you not only appreciate them, but love them too? The Ringing Rocks Elementary School Parent-Teacher Association guessed the way to their teachers’ hearts may be through their stomachs. The association bought the teachers’ lunch last week and had it made for them on the spot, thanks to the services of The Sunflower Truck Stop mobile cafe. It’s the restaurant-on-wheels affiliated with Shorty’s Sunflower Cafe at 1494 N. Charlotte St. in Lower Pottsgrove. “The faculty absolutely loved it,” school Principal Lisa Jones said of the treat. “It was a great way to thank the staff for their hard work and dedication.” Among those enjoying the feast were Karen Wolfe (at top), as well as:
