SANATOGA PA – The fourth month’s the charm for the Lower Pottsgrove Planning Commission.
Commissioners are scheduled to meet tonight (Monday, May 15, 2017) at 6 p.m. in the township municipal building, 2199 Buchert Rd., after three consecutive months of meeting cancellations. The meeting is free to attend and open to the public, but its starting time has been moved up by a half-hour; the group normally gathers at 6:30 p.m.
The commission’s February, March and April meetings were canceled due to a lack of agenda items.
Although no meeting agenda was available at the township website as of 6 a.m. today, Manager Ed Wagner told members of the Board of Commissioners earlier this month that revised plans for the Sanatoga Green mixed-use housing and residential community proposed for Evergreen Road likely would be part of the board’s discussion.
Sanatoga Green engineers and developers have been refining their plans and making adjustments during recent months, representatives of Bursich Associates, the township engineering firm, said.
