LOWER POTTSGROVE PA – Continuing bridge repairs will cause contractors to plan for coming mid-week lane closures on U.S. Route 422 in Lower Pottsgrove Township, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said.
The left lane of westbound 422 between its Sanatoga and Armand Hammer Boulevard interchanges is scheduled to close next Tuesday and Wednesday (July 11-12, 2017) from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. daily as part of the $73.3 million project to rebuild 1.6 miles of the four-lane highway.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area. The contractor’s schedule depends on the weather, PennDOT said. The project is scheduled to finish in October 2018.
