College Holds Sports Clinics For 6-8 Graders

BLUE BELL PA – Online registration remains open for athletes in grades 6-8 from the Pottsgrove, Pottstown, Spring-Ford Area and other school districts who are interested in benefiting from free sports clinics being offered by Montgomery County Community College in basketball, soccer and volleyball, according to its news release.

Head coaches of the college’s Mustangs teams will teach the basics of each sport during three-hour clinics being held on MCCC’s central campus, 340 DeKalb Pike. Each is scheduled Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon on Sept. 9 for soccer, Sept. 16 for volleyball, and Oct. 28 separately for both boys and girls basketball.

The volleyball and basketball clinics will be held in the Health Sciences Center, and the soccer clinics will be held at the athletics fields adjacent to the center.
