BLUE FLAGS MARK WATER LINE ROUTE – Wooden stakes bearing blue plastic flags (inset at top), designating an east-west route across a portion of Bleim Road near its intersection with North Pleasant View Road in Lower Pottsgrove, mark the coming location of a public water line that will serve the Spring Valley Farms housing community now under Phase 1 construction on Bleim. John and Christie Adams, residents of 2060 N. Pleasant View, appeared last Thursday (Sept. 21, 2017) before the township Board of Commissioners to ask if they would be forced to connect their home to the line; Manager Ed Wagner assured them they would not be required to tie in. Earth-moving, topsoil collection, and creation of storm water retention basins (video below) continued on the property this week (Sept. 25-30) as workers prepared the opening section of the community for home building.
