Spaghetti On The Menu For Santa-toga Dinner

SANATOGA PA – If a jolly, bearded man in a red suit spills red gravy on his tunic, would anyone notice? Probably not in Sanatoga, where talk of spaghetti, tomato sauce, and Santa Claus annually brings smiles to the faces of young children.

The Sanatoga Fire Company will again hold its yearly “Spaghetti Dinner With Santa” event Saturday (Dec. 2. 2017) from 4-7 p.m. at the fire house, 2222 E. High St.

The meal is cooked and served by fire company members, and the guest of honor is Santa himself … who, careful observers might add, on occasion looks suspiciously like a fire company officer. And if the past is any guide, he’ll be comfortably seated on a large chair next to the company Christmas tree, greeting all who enter. Parents can snap all the photos they want.

Tickets are available at the door for children and former children age 12 and older, $8 each; for those ages 3-11, $4; and the meal is free for those age 2 and younger.
