Planners’ Tuesday Holiday Not Weather-Related

SANATOGA PA – Tuesday night’s (Jan. 16, 2018) meeting of the Lower Pottsgrove Planning Commission – which had been earlier moved from its usual third-Monday-of-the-month schedule due to the Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service federal holiday – was canceled, the township reported.

Although no reason was given, the cancellation probably was not weather-related. Such decisions are usually made because the commission lacks business to discuss.

The board’s next meeting is set for March 19 (Monday) at 6:30 p.m. in the municipal building. It is free to attend and open to the public.
