LOWER POTTSGROVE PA – Expect to see construction begin soon on homes to be built in the Spring Valley Farms housing community on Bleim Road, the Lower Pottsgrove Board of Commissioners was told Monday (Feb. 5, 2018). Four lot plans have already been approved, according to township engineering firm Bursich Associates, and foundation work is under way.
Bursich representative Chad Camburn said the project had made significant progress on its first of three phases in recent months. Phase 1 storm sewers, sanitary sewers, water lines, internal site curbing, and base course paving are complete.
Also finished is the community’s sanitary sewer connection to the existing system on nearby Deer Ridge Drive, to the south. However, final paving of Deer Ridge in the area where construction occurred won’t be completed until summer, he said.
The community is being marketed by Ryan Homes, is expected to include a clubhouse and walking trails as amenities, and is targeted toward owners age 55 and older.
