Three Falcon Football Seniors Sign Intent Letters

LOWER POTTSGROVE PA – Three Pottsgrove High School seniors who were stand-outs on the Falcon football team have given advance notice of their choices for higher education, where they also will continue their athletic careers. News of their signing national letters of intent was released Monday (Feb. 12, 2018) by the Pottsgrove School District Athletics Department.

Rahsul Faison, Football

During his play at Pottsgrove, Rahsul Faison captured first team All-State, All-Area Player of the Year, PCTV Player of the Year, PAC Most Valuable Player, Reading Eagle Player of the Year, and first team Frontier Division honors. He’ll continue his education and athletic career in football at Stony Brook University, where he is projected as a running back, and will major in sports management. Accompanying him during the ceremonial signing were parents Angela and Layiani Faison, and Coach Rick Pennypacker

Dez Austin, Football

School Signings

Dez Austin – first team All-League safety, second team All-League wide receiver, second team All-State safety, and first team All-Area safety during play at Pottsgrove – has signed a national letter of intent to play football as a projected strong safety for East Stroudsburg University. He will major in sports management. Accompanying him during the ceremonial signing were parents Thomas and Danielle Austin, and Coach Pennypacker

Bailey Delp, Football

School Signings

Bailey Delp, second team All-League wide receiver for the Falcons, has signed a national letter of intent to play football for Ursinus College, where he will major in biology. Accompanying him during the ceremonial signing were parents Greg and Jen Delp, sister Rebecca, and Coach Pennypacker
