Pottsgrove Senior 16th Nationally In Reading Contest

Pottsgrove senior Ian Yanusko ended the 2013 series of the Wordwright Challenge, a national vocabulary and reading analysis contest, as the nation’s 16th highest scorer. Four other students also were recognized for their achievements.

High Praise In Pottsgrove: MS Led Zep Earns Thumbs Up

While Pottsgrove school board president Scott Fulmer had words of praise Tuesday for all musical performers in the school district’s concerts this month, he was particularly fond of the Middle School orchestra’s treatment of a Led Zepplin rock classic.
