The Pottsgrove Soccer Association would pay for its installation. The group says vandals regularly throw rocks at windows in the snack bar building at Gerald Richards Park; it wants to catch and prosecute the alleged perpetrators.

When Winters Raged, Sanatoga Lake Was Place To Be

It hasn’t been much of a winter to speak of this year in Lower Pottsgrove. In years past, though, when the wind howled, the snow fell heavily and the cold crept in, the township’s Sanatoga Park was a fun place to enjoy a many hours.

Township Talks About Fees For Use Of Its Athletic Fields

The high school Indoor Percussion Ensemble hits the road Saturday to Ambler PA, and the start of its second year of competition in a Cavalcade of Bands show. It will perform an original composition, “Dreamcatchers,” written by Pottsgrove grad Kevin Smith.

Exelon Presents Neighboring Limerick With $150,000 Gift

Officials from the Limerick Generating Station arrived Tuesday at the Limerick Board of Supervisors’ meeting to deliver Exelon Nuclear’s fourth donation of $150,000 during the past our years. The money supports a variety of first responder and recreational programs in Limerick Township.
