Township Suffering Copper Theft In Some Vacant Homes

At scrap, the metal is selling for $3.64 a pound. It doesn’t take long to steal a hundred pounds or more from a vacant home, Lower Pottsgrove’s police chief said Monday. He hopes the public will be vigilant.
