The Pottsgrove Soccer Association would pay for its installation. The group says vandals regularly throw rocks at windows in the snack bar building at Gerald Richards Park; it wants to catch and prosecute the alleged perpetrators.

Township Park Volunteers Prepare For Final Meeting
